The space is filled with a lot of positive energy and love. While fully furnished and decorated, it's easy to move the furniture/plants around for your convenience and needs.
I have two cats.
The windows in the living room and dining room have no blinds, shutters or curtains.
No smoking allowed inside the flat. Smoking on the balcony is ok.
If you need an (electric) drum set, we can bring that up from our basement.
