An architect’s home is always an interesting place, but when you have two under the same roof, creativity really takes the front seat. Moving into a completely empty space gave the duo a chance to experiment with their family home/office and give the former salt factory a new character to play. The design puts a unique spin on ‘open plan’ with its doorless aesthetic, peekaboo cut-outs, curved walkways and the highlight of the home – an open raised bathtub. A true architect’s playground where ‘out there’ ideas come to life.
